Returns Policy

Synecart is open to take return if any product delivered to the customers doesn’t meet their expectation. Most items sold on Synecart are returnable within the return window that is of 7 (seven) days, except those that are explicitly identified as “not-returnable”. We do not deal with any refurbished or renewed item therefore; maximum number of items are returnable or replaceable or repairable (on site) as per the respective company’s terms and conditions.

General Returns Policy

• Products are returnable within the applicable return window that is 7 (seven) days if they have manufacturing defects or they are in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, different from their description on the product detail page on Synecart.
• If a customer reports an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to the product location. This visit is scheduled by placing a request to the customer service of the respective company subject to the concerned companies Guarantee/Warrantee Terms and Conditions. A resolution will be provided based on the technician's evaluation report.
• Return will be processed only if:
1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in customers possession;
2. the product is not different from what was shipped to the customer;
3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
• If a customer wishes to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, it has to be ensured by the customer that he/she has removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Synecart shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
• Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
• Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
• Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
• Products may be eligible for replacement only if the exact same item is in the stock.
• If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
• The Return window for any item for Synecart Business orders is up to 7 days depending on nature of the product.

Non-Returnable Products:

Select items labelled as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns. There are some items which are non-returnable due to hygiene, personal care and consumable nature of the product:

• Pet Food, Pet Shampoos and Conditioners, Pest Control, harnesses, aquarium supplies and Pet Grooming Aids.
• Desktops, Monitors, Pen Drives, Hard Drives, Memory Cards, Internet Devices, Computer Accessories, Graphic Cards, CPU, Power Supplies, Motherboards, Cooling Devices, TV cards, Computing Components, Ink, cartridge etc.
• Mobile accessories such as screen guards, screen protectors, Batteries, tempered glasses etc.
• Consumable (digital) product such as CDs/DVDs of Movies/ Music, Video Games, etc.
• All Cleaning, Painting & Decor supplies (like mops/brooms, dustpans, paints, brushes, wallpapers, wall paintings etc.)
• Baby: Bathing and Accessories including FMCG; Diapering (Pads, Covers, Nappy Liners, Wet Wipes); Feeding Bottles, Breastfeeding products, Teethers; Baby Personal Care; Baby Hair & Skin Care Products
• Baby: Toys, Prams, Strollers, Carriers; Baby Utensils & Feeding Sets, Baby Apparel, Diaper Bags; Baby Furniture, Nursery Décor
• Aerobic Training Machines like Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Home Gyms/ Multi Gyms, Activity Trackers, Ellipticals, Camping
• All inner apparel, socks, gym supporters, guards, swimsuits
• Fertilizers, Seeds, Live Plants
• Subscription packs, Extended Warranty cards/vouchers/AMCs etc.
• Mobility and Disability Aids, Joint Supports, Wheelchairs etc.
• Household Supplies: Laundry Products (Detergents, Fabric Conditioners), Household Cleaners (Toilet Cleaners, Floor Cleaners, Hand washes, Tissues), Air Fresheners (Sprays, Gels) etc.
• Beauty and Personal Care: Oral Care (Toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes etc); Feminine Hygiene (Sanitary Pads, Panty Liners, Menstrual Cups etc.); Shaving and Hair Removal (Men’s Shaving – Razors, Blades, Shaving Foams, Brushes etc.; Men’s Beard Care – Beard Oil, Beard Serum etc.; Women’s Hair Removal – Wax Strips, Creams, Razors etc)
• Family Nutrition: (Infant Baby Food, Toddlers’ and Kids’ Health Drinks),Vitamin and Mineral Supplements: (Core Letter Vitamins, Multi-Vitamins), Grocery and Gourmet.
• Health Care Products: Ayurveda Products, Pain Relief Products, Herbal Supplements, Medical Supplies, Adult Diapers, Contact Lenses and Related Products
• Rakhi, Wax candles, Wall stickers.
• Occupational Health & Safety Products (masks, gloves, safety glasses etc.)

Note: If a customer has received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, he/she can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product at info@synecart.com.
